HubSpot is now the single source of truth for property assignment. Coaches assign and manage properties directly in HubSpot (Listing ↔ Deal). From there, the system handles the rest: An active transaction is automatically created in Airtable If a property is removed, the transaction is automatically cancelled The investor app reflects the update instantly
