Readiness Progress Bar: Located at the top of the project interface, this dynamic progress bar displays real-time completion status as a percentage. The "Market Project" action remains disabled until the bar attains 100%, guaranteeing full compliance.
Gap Analysis View: This panel provides a comprehensive and explicit listing of all missing documents or sections required for project readiness. Instead of exhaustive manual searches, analysts can instantly identify pending items such as a "Missing Energy Certificate" or "Pending Legal Approval."
Meeting Validation Log: A dedicated section captures and verifies all necessary stakeholder meetings. This ensures strategic alignments are conducted and properly documented before progressing the project.
Marketing Package Filtering: Users can apply filters based on specific "Commercialization Packages." The checklist dynamically adapts depending on the project type, whether a standard sale, premium investment, or portfolio bundle, ensuring tailored compliance criteria are applied.
Strict Go-to-Market Logic: The system enforces rigorous control by disabling any change to commercialization status until every mandatory checkbox and required validation is complete, effectively preventing premature launches.
