Leveraging Artificial Intelligence, the system automatically collects, processes, and synthesizes all existing documentation within the system alongside categorized project notes. This approach aims to produce a comprehensive and well-structured document that ensures a seamless transfer of detailed technical knowledge to the Sales team without information loss.

Involved Roles

  • Reno (Maturation) Department: Technical profiles responsible for uploading the project documentation and notes, as well as initiating or approving the AI-generated report.
  • Sales Department: Recipients of the final report who utilize the document to gain in-depth understanding of the technical details and current status of the asset prior to commercialization.
