Context and Problem

Investors exploring properties on the platform faced a fragmented experience. Booking a call with their Property Coach was rigid and unintuitive, the design felt inconsistent, location insights were limited, and key financial data was hard to scan. These gaps created friction at a critical decision point—reducing investor confidence and making it harder to evaluate opportunities and move forward independently.

The Solution

We've shipped 4 improvements to the Investor Platform web experience focused on usability, data richness, and visual polish.

  1. Flexible Schedule Experience Replaced the fixed list of time slots with an interactive calendar. Investors can now choose a date and time more intuitively, with a clear confirmation step before booking—reducing friction in the “Talk to your Property Coach” flow.

  2. UI Refresh: Sidebar and Color System Improved visual hierarchy and updated colors to align with PropHero’s design system. The result is a cleaner, more consistent experience that reinforces trust during decision-making.

  3. Enriched Location Tab with InvestMap Integration Expanded the PDP Location tab with deeper market and performance insights, including price trends, rental data, effort rates, and PropHero benchmarks. Investors can now evaluate location potential directly in the platform, without relying on their Property Coach.

  4. Financial Summary Component Visual Redesign Structured key financial and market data to be easier to scan and compare, helping investors quickly understand opportunity value.
