Objective and Context

The primary objective is to automate, scale, and standardize the evaluation of sales calls to enhance agent performance and mitigate business risk. Leveraging Piper AI, the system automatically ingests call transcripts from Closers and analyzes conversation dynamics based on customizable business criteria. This approach aims to provide agents with immediate, structured feedback to improve conversion rates, while actively detecting "overpromising" to prevent the onboarding of misaligned clients and reduce future churn.

Involved Roles

Sales Managers / Leadership: Strategic profiles responsible for defining and updating the AI evaluation logic (prompts) via the admin panel, and monitoring flagged risk alerts.

Sales Closers (Agents): Recipients of the AI-generated feedback who utilize the insights to refine their sales pitch and improve performance on future calls.

Core Functionalities (User Stories)

As a Sales Manager, I need to easily update the AI evaluation prompts directly from a UI admin panel, so the system instantly adapts to new product pitches or sales strategies without requiring developer intervention.

As a Sales Manager, I want the system to automatically flag calls where agents might be overpromising or deviating from compliance, allowing me to prevent misaligned clients from onboarding and actively reduce future churn.

As a Sales Closer, I require immediate, objective, and structured feedback after my calls, enabling me to understand my areas of improvement and boost my overall conversion rates.
