How it works

  1. The investor activates their account after paying the Engagement Fee and enters the Investor Portal.
  2. The portal shows a structured view of their Engagement -> Exchange journey, with the current status and recommended next step.
  3. The investor schedules an onboarding call only with the Property Coach assigned in HubSpot; the experience distinguishes action required, request submitted and scheduled call states.
  4. The investor confirms personal details already collected earlier, such as marital status, available capital and financing, to validate information before reviewing properties.
  5. The portal and PDPs create calls with distinct types: activation creates an onboarding call and the PDP creates a property showing call.

FAQs

Who is the portal available for?
It is designed for investors who have already paid the Engagement Fee and need guided progression toward Exchange.
Which Property Coach can the investor schedule with?
They can only schedule with the Property Coach assigned to their engagement in HubSpot. After booking, they receive a confirmation email with the option to add the call to their calendar.
Why are personal details requested again?
The goal is not to repeat onboarding or KYC. It is to validate already collected data because there may be a 2-3 week gap before the investor starts reviewing properties.
