Problem we solve

PropHero needs more repeat buys, but lacks a clear trigger to re-open the conversation with existing clients. Our hypothesis: the best moment is divestment, when the client can unlock the gain and reinvest it in the next deal. Today there is no systematic way to detect which clients are at that point or to manufacture the relevant reason to call.

How it works

  1. The system values the client portfolio in bulk, blending real transactions with live comparables from listing platforms.
  2. Automatically flags properties with the highest revaluation vs. purchase price as divestment candidates.
  3. Generates a personalized report per client (current value, estimated gain, comparables and confidence range).
  4. Sends the report at scale to clients with the highest repeat-buy potential, with a CTA to book a strategy call.
  5. The advisor uses the report as a hook to open the call and design the personalized plan: divest → reinvest → repeat buy.

FAQs

Why is divestment the optimal trigger for a repeat buy?
It is the point in the cycle when the client unlocks capital and gains: maximum available liquidity, maximum willingness to reinvest and the best window for a strategy conversation.
Is the report sent to every client?
No. Only to those the model flags with significant revaluation and a repeat-buy profile, so the advisor outreach stays relevant and avoids noise in the portfolio.
Which data sources does it use?
PropHero client portfolio + real transactions from official registries and public sources + live listings from the main market portals.
When will it be available?
In development. First internal pilot on a subset of the portfolio expected before quarter close.
