Automatic Property Coach assignment in HubSpot is now fully operational. When a deal moves to:
- Qualified to Buy
- Committed
- Closed Won
And the client has completed KYC, the system automatically assigns a Coach based on predefined allocation logic. If a specific Coach should be prioritized:
✅ Cross Team Collaboration = Yes
👤 Closing Support Coach = [Coach Name]
If not specified, the system assigns according to the general allocation rule. One trigger. Immediate ownership. No manual handoffs
