Context and Problem
Investors had 100% dependency on their Property Coach for any update, document, or status check. There was no centralized place where investors could view their investment or take action on their own — without asking someone first.
This created constant friction: Investors felt out of control and asked for frequent updates Property Coaches became the only gateway for updates and actions Key moments like Exchange slowed down due to lack of clarity
The Solution
We've launched a new investor platform for the Units product, connected in real time to Airtable <> Vistral and HubSpot.
Core functionalities include:

Activation Flow and Login: Investors receive access to the platform through a guided activation flow, allowing them to securely log in and set up their account for the first time.

Investor Portal: After login, investors land on a structured home with two clear actions: schedule onboarding and confirm investment details — enabling their Property Coach to define a tailored strategy without back-and-forth.

Property Listing Page (PLP): Investors can see properties in one place, with key details to decide quickly.

Property Detail Page (PDP): Allowing the investor to understand every detail of their investment through a clear view of key information, financials, status, and photos — so they can evaluate and move forward with confidence.
