People & Culture Agent: from n8n PoC to production architecture in < 1 day

Context & Problem
People & Culture needed an onboarding agent (culture, values, internal processes, tools, first steps, FAQs) with less manual back-and-forth. The n8n PoC proved value but sat outside the shared agent core, with clear gaps in security, scale, performance, and integration with our production stack.
Solution
We moved the agent to production on the shared agent core (infra led by Joel), consistent with the rest of the platform.
- Better performance and support for more complex questions than the original PoC.
- Production-grade operation: security, scale, and integration with tools we already use.
- Delivery speed: from decision to production within days (this round: Friday → Monday).
Expected impact
- Less friction for new joiners: fuller answers without leaning as heavily on the team.
