Almazora: The New Interactive Landing Page for New Development Investment

Investing in new developments traditionally begins with static documents like PDFs and Excel sheets accompanied by numerous unclear questions: What is the true initial investment? What returns can be realistically expected? What amenities or points of interest are nearby? How does the mortgage impact monthly cash flow?

To address these challenges, we have launched Almazora, an interactive marketing landing page available at almazora.prophero.com, designed to let investors explore a full project with the depth an internal analyst would demand but delivered through a visually engaging, fast, and conversion-oriented experience.

Transition from Static Dossier to a Dynamic Experience

This page transcends the conventional digital brochure. It is a Product Detail Page (PDP) that integrates real project data—including typologies, unit availability, pricing, payment schedules, and points of interest—with marketing copy and interactive tools.

Users can:

  • Navigate project sections via a sticky navigation menu (Summary, Typologies, Financing, Location, and Market).
  • View content in light or dark mode optimized for both mobile and desktop.
  • Request information directly through HubSpot forms, share the project via WhatsApp, or download the full dossier (Almazora Sur Residence deck) without leaving the page.

Hero Section: Delivering the Investment Thesis in Seconds

The hero section moves beyond generic metrics by presenting four actionable KPIs:

  • Scarcity: 18 years without new residential development in Almazora, making this the municipality’s unique new promotion.
  • Proximity: Only 5 minutes from Castellón city center.
  • Entry Terms: Staggered payments over two years, removing the need for the full upfront investment.
  • Delivery Date: June 2028, specifying keys handover and deed completion.

Beneath this, three strategic highlights underscore the investment rationale related to rental demand, Castellón’s industrial economy, and Valencia connectivity. A gallery of renders is available with modal enlargement.

Typologies: From Data Tables to Technical Floor Plans

The typologies section forms the core of the product offering. Investors can:

  • Compare four different unit types (A, B, C, D) detailing price ranges, available units, and estimated rental yields.
  • Expand each typology to access:
    • Official distribution floor plans (enlargable PropHero images).
    • Links to technical plan PDFs.
    • Detailed attributes such as surface area, base price, garage availability, and terraces on top floors.
  • Examine orientation data by building address (Calle Morella 18 and Calle de les Naciones Unidas), aligned precisely with technical floor plans.
  • On mobile, interaction adapts to touch cards enabling selection of unit type and floor without losing contextual information.

Transparent Financing: From Payment Plans to Monthly Cash Flow

This section resolves the critical question of "how much and when do I pay?" by providing:

  1. Visual Payment Plan

    • Stages include Deposit, Earnest Money, Monthly Deferred Payments during construction, and Deed signing.
    • Amounts are derived directly from the real developer's schedule.
  2. Payment Breakdown

    • An accordion-style calendar lists each deferred payment's number, date, amount, and cumulative total.
  3. Interactive Mortgage Calculator

    • Adjustable sliders and editable fields for:
      • Financed capital (in euros or as a percentage of deed value).
      • Term duration (1 to 35 years).
      • Interest rate.
    • Side panel outputs:
      • Estimated monthly mortgage payment.
      • Estimated monthly rental income by unit or typology yield.
      • Actual recurring costs (community fees at 600 €/year, IBI at 250 €/year, insurance at 250 €/year, and 5% management fee on rent).
      • Estimated net monthly cash flow calculation: rental income minus costs and mortgage.

This model replaces generic heuristics (such as the 46% rule) with a calculation explicitly aligned to real asset operational parameters.

Geographic Context: Interactive Area Map

The "Map of the Area" section provides:

  • A compact Leaflet map featuring the project pin and markers identifying points of interest (POIs).
  • Categorized filters (chips) enabling users to display types such as bus stops, train stations, industrial parks, and others.
  • On selecting a filter, a dialog lists all corresponding POIs with their name and distance (e.g., "700 m").
  • POI data are sourced from the project’s internal nb_poi catalog; if unavailable, an automatic fallback queries Google Places within a 5-kilometer radius.

Market Intelligence Powered by PropHero AI

Completing the investment argument, the Market section delivers data-driven insights:

  • Projected price variation over three years (+29.8%).
  • Average rental price trends in Almazora.
  • Recent 12-month price per square meter changes.
  • An interactive graph illustrating historical price evolution and AI-driven future projections, comparing Almazora, the wider province, and highlighting forecasts from 2026 onward.
