Managing high-capital investors at Vistral today is entirely manual: onboarding a new investor, tracking their preferences and interests, matching them with the right projects, sending updates, logging interactions, setting reminders, everything sits with one person managing ~180 active investors, with another 400 unqualified investors sitting idle in HubSpot. The goal is to bring the full investor lifecycle into Vistral. When a new VP investor is added, the platform captures their full profile: investment preferences, sectors, ticket size, key dates and personal context. From there, AI automatically matches them with the most relevant projects in the portfolio, ranked by fit. Every interaction gets logged, calls, emails, meetings, so the team always knows where each relationship stands. Reminders and follow-ups are built in so no investor ever goes cold unnoticed. When a project is shared, it goes out via a tracked link inside Vistral, giving real-time visibility into engagement. And when a touchpoint is due, the system drafts the message and the manager just approves it. The real impact isn't operational, it's about scale. We're currently converting at 3-4% across 180 investors per month. Every percentage point we gain is ~€7.5M in additional pipeline per year. We have 400 unqualified investors sitting in HubSpot and ~7 hours per week lost to manual tasks that should be calls. We're leaving money on the table purely because we lack the system to manage it, and that's exactly what we're building.
