This is a web portal that allows the client to manage their subscriptions to PropHero's rental management service. From hiring a new one, to tracking their active subscriptions and the rental status of their properties.
Currently, the hiring process is fragmented and requires three independent steps:
- Choice of subscription through PropHero's support.
- Email delivery and contract signing in DocuSign.
- Card registration and payment in Stripe.
The current flow is time-consuming (more than a week) and requires manual management to formalize the subscription, which results in a 50% non-payment rate. The new portal unifies the entire process, allowing the investor to complete the three steps in a single session.
The key advantages are:
- Operational Efficiency: Savings of between 900 and 1,200 annual hours in manual coordination and follow-ups for PropHero's IR and Back-office teams.
- Reduction of Non-Payments: Drastic decrease in the non-payment rate from 50% to a target of 10-15% by linking card registration with the contract signature.
- Cash Flow Improvement: Recovery of approximately $50,000 annually by advancing rent collection by an average of 15 days.
- User Experience (UX): Reduction of a process of days to a single, immediate 5-minute session.
As an additional feature, the portal allows the registration of "free users" (users who do not have any property with PropHero) who will be able to upload their independent properties to the platform and also hire PropHero's rental service for them.
