PropHero IA Buddy
A multi-tenant AI platform for employee onboarding, continuous enablement, and institutional knowledge management.
We combine a CKS (Centralized Knowledge System) as the single source of truth with IA Buddy — an AI agent that accompanies employees throughout their entire lifecycle, not just their first weeks.
The problem
Operational knowledge at PropHero is fragmented across multiple tools, documents, and key people. When someone new joins, they constantly depend on others to move forward. The result:
- 30+ day onboarding cycles with inconsistent outcomes
- Constant interruptions to senior team members
- Knowledge that walks out the door when someone leaves
- Undocumented processes and inconsistent answers
- No scalable institutional memory
The solution
IA Buddy is not a chatbot. It's an always-available knowledgeable colleague that knows exactly where each person is in their journey, what they need to learn, and when they need support.
Core capabilities
Active institutional memory Indexes, connects, and serves knowledge from the CKS. Updates automatically and notifies impacted teams whenever content changes.
Progressive level-based onboarding Configurable phases per team and role. Each level includes playbooks, explainer videos, hands-on activities, and an assessment to unlock the next stage.
Proactive agent — not reactive Buddy initiates conversations: daily wellbeing check-ins, reminders for pending steps, natural delivery of team announcements. It doesn't wait to be asked.
Investor simulation The AI takes on the role of a demanding investor and evaluates the employee's responses with structured feedback: what went well, what to improve, score out of 100.
AI-powered manager dashboard Automatic summaries of team health, sentiment trends, auto-detected knowledge gaps, and private per-employee notes generated by AI.
Gamification system XP points, levels, badges, and leaderboard. Every completed action earns points and unlocks new stages.
Security and access control Role-based access segmentation. The AI only queries authorized sources. Full traceability of queries and responses.
