What is it? Compensation Intelligence Tool is an internal platform developed by PropHero to centralize, structure, and enhance with artificial intelligence the entire investor compensation management process.

The problem it solves When PropHero faces operational failures — a renovation delay, a utility activation issue — the investor client stops receiving their estimated rental income. PropHero compensates them financially until the issue is resolved.

That process was completely invisible:

• IR teams manually logged each case in HubSpot, taking 5 to 10 minutes per ticket
• Approvals were coordinated over Slack or email, with no traceability
• Finance had no clear view of what to pay or when
• Leadership had no visibility into how much was being lost, why, or where the same errors kept repeating
