Cyber Sapiens Bot

We currently send a bi-weekly report via HubSpot on project and building progress (nearly 80 cases). We manually translate the information from Airtable into a more accessible and user-friendly format for IRs to communicate with investors. This information is gathered from three different Airtable dashboards. The goal is to automate queries via chat, providing real-time access to the most up-to-date report. The information includes details on utilities, community, land division, cadastral references, and any issues. We send this information bi weekly, but people ask for update almost every week.

Expected Impact

Reduce the time spent searching for information. We invest a lot of time in preparing the report, and many people, not just from the Investor Relations department, make the same request. Some send us emails, others communicate through Slack, HubSpot, or WhatsApp. A chat feature would be easy to use and would prevent the large number of requests we receive on the same topics through different channels. We would gain agility and consistency in our responses, and it would give us more time to focus on management rather than communication, since we are fundamentally a management department.
