Investor Portal launched to guide investors from Engagement to Exchange.

Context and Problem

After creating an account and logging in, investors did not have a clear, structured and trustworthy place explaining where they were in their investment journey, which assets or properties were relevant to them and what they were expected to do next.

This made the post-activation experience depend on fragmented communication and added friction between Engagement and Exchange.

The Solution

We have launched the Investor Portal as the single place for investors who have paid the Engagement Fee to progress clearly from Engagement to Exchange.

The portal centralizes journey status, relevant properties, pending tasks and expected actions, so investors can self-navigate with more confidence instead of relying on scattered messages.

Property Coach Appointment States

The Property Coach call experience is now structured into three clear states:

  1. Talk to your Property Coach — Requires action: the investor needs to book the call.
  2. Talk to your Property Coach — Submitted: the investor has completed the booking request.
  3. Call pending with your Property Coach — Friday, 19 December at 19:00: the call is scheduled and awaiting completion.

Assignment and Scheduling

  • The investor can schedule only with the Property Coach assigned in HubSpot.
  • After booking, they receive a confirmation email with the call time.
  • The confirmation lets them add the call to their calendar.

Personal Details Confirmation

The portal asks investors to validate personal details that were already collected earlier, for example during KYC. The goal is confirmation, not repeating onboarding, because there may be a 2-3 week gap between KYC completion and the moment investors start reviewing properties.

Main mappings:

  • Marital Status -> marital_status
  • Available Investment Capital -> amount_percentage_of_own_funds and estimated_transaction_amount
  • Mortgage (Yes/No) -> financing

Operational Alignment

Call creation has also been corrected to distinguish between different call types:

  • Investor Portal Activation creates an Onboarding call.
  • PDP creates a Property Showing call.

Expected Impact

  • Less dependency on fragmented communication after activation.
  • More clarity on next steps, relevant properties and pending data.
  • Higher investor confidence to progress independently toward Exchange.
  • Better operational traceability in HubSpot by separating onboarding and property showing calls.
